- Instagram/Meta: By connecting your Instagram account, you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram Terms of Use.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You represent that you have the necessary rights to the social media accounts you connect to Lume.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including spamming, harassment, or violating intellectual property rights.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to the data and content you fetch from third-party platforms via Lume. We do not claim ownership of your social media data.
Lume's Rights: The Lume platform, including its code, design, and aggregated visualizations (e.g., "Fun Facts" layouts), is owned by Lume and protected by copyright laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We explicitly disclaim any warranties regarding the accuracy of data fetched from third-party APIs.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
